    Hold The Sugar Please

This is not a diet book, it is more about motivation to stay the path leading toward good health. The inspiration for this book came from a personal desire to know more about sugar and salt and its effects. Sprinkled with a huge dose of common sense and a thirst for knowledge, I laced up my tennis shoes and was determined to uncover some of the mysteries. I was searching for a means to just feel healthy and ended up on a personal journey of discovery. A journey that saved my life. Sugar A Journey, explores a number of common knowledge health and wellness topics and is loaded with a number of simple tracking logs in the Appendix section. As always - seek a doctor's advice before starting any new program. My hopes are you will lace up your tennis shoes and start out on your own wellness journey. Be Wise, Be Safe, Be Healthy, Be Happy.
