As part of the learning science aspects, she enjoys, giving individuals options for learning, and guiding them to take small steps and celebrate all the milestones along the way.

This is not a diet book, it is more about motivation to stay the path leading toward good health. The inspiration for this book came from a personal desire to know more about sugar and salt and its effects. Sprinkled with a huge dose of common sense and a thirst for knowledge, I laced up my tennis shoes and was determined to uncover some of the mysteries. I was searching for a means to just feel healthy and ended up on a personal journey of discovery. A journey that saved my life. Sugar A Journey, explores a number of common knowledge health and wellness topics and is loaded with a number of simple tracking logs in the Appendix section.
