Ever wonder what a real team looks like, feels like, acts like? I’ve worked on a multitude of different professional teams in my lifetime. Some were good, some were so-so, and some were just flat out disappointing. One particular team that I had the privilege to be a part of, rocked in every dimension. Somewhere around 8:45 pm this evening I heard this sound at the front door. Next thing I know, the front door handle is wiggling, and someone is attempting to push at the door to get in. The door was locked thank God, but it was already dark outside. Luckily the porch light was on. I’ll never turn it off again.
